Moana Adventure and Moana Surf School were both started by Alex. He has grown up all over the world, and this has given him a life full of travel and adventure. Jose
Jose is from Peru but grew up and went to school here in Cascais. He is a very experienced surfer,lifeguard and spear fisherman. He knows all the secret paths, coves, bays, camping areas and routes down to many of the hidden beaches around Cascais and in the Alentejo region of Portugal. read more »

Gaby
I was born in England and went to high school in Portugal, but at heart i am a true South African the beach has always been a great part of my life. I began surfing at the age of 12 when Alex Unwin gave me my first lesson at Guincho.
